Share An Historical Book Project

Join Angie's Share an Historical Book Project, and read about the favorite historical books of other students across the U.S. This project takes advantage of the Web's wonderful multimedia technology as students combine pictures, text, and even sound in their projects.

The Task

Students create book sharing projects to deepen their understanding of the books they read in history/social science and sharpen their critical thinking skills through linking ideas in words and images. They can pick from four different ways to share their books online.

Procedure

Students work individually or in collaborative groups to read literature books related to the concepts being studied in history/social science.
They select their favorite books and pick one of the formats below for creating book sharing projects.
