Directions:
Using the Student Response Sheet, the student points and names the letters as the teacher records the responses in the table below. The same should be done for sounds of letters. Students should be assessed individually 3 or 4 times per year. The teacher is looking for student progress. If little progress is seen, the child should be given intervention strategies.
