On the day of the Regional Science Olympiad Tournament, coaches must first submit a registration form that identifies the team members. This list is used to verify names submitted for final awards.

All teams must bring to the competition, 1 adult volunteer for every 5 students to work the day of the Olympiad. If you bring 6 to 10 students, you need 2 volunteers; if you bring 11 to 15 students, you need 3 volunteers.

Teampoints will be deducted if volunteers are not available on the day of the Olympiad.
